A little of my Story:
'The great illusion of leadership is to think that one can be led out of the desert by someone who has never been there.' Henri Nouwen.
I have known many successes and some failures in business. I have enjoyed good health and suffered ill health. I have been blessed with family and friends, and felt the pain of loss. I am far from perfect, and I am always learning. In my professional career there have been many highlights. I've been privileged to successfully grow businesses with great teams; I've been recognised and awarded accolades both as an individual and as part of a team. I have led an industry trade association as Chair, and contributed to Boards for many, many years.
I have studied and trained in business-related matters for many years, growing my personal knowledge and practical expertise.
I've tailored my Coaching practice to support professionals at all levels, across all sectors, offering relevance and understanding as to the challenges faced.
I offer a professional Executive Coaching service to businesses who are committed to supporting their staff progress to their full potential. I will partner with those who want to: grow in confidence; thrive in their working environment; and uphold their values everyday.

As well as thoroughly enjoying my work environment, I have a keen interest in sports and history. I play golf, cricket and tennis, and head for the great outdoors with my family; I love being in the mountains at any time of year.

With nearly 3 decades of experience, training and qualifications, I am skilled and proven at working in depth with a diverse range of life situations and issues.
I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to my work with clients who want to make a difference in theirs, and other's, lives.
I have worked nationally and internationally.
I am a professional who is passionate, caring, honest and willing to walk alongside you. I offer a non-judgemental space for you to unpick, challenge, grow and celebrate the positive changes and wins!

My integrative approach is informed by various schools of theory within therapy and coaching. I offer a number of approaches and tools and bring them to our work dependant on your individual needs.
I work with clients in short/long term therapy.
I offer supervision generally as an ongoing working relationship, but also offer ad hoc supervision.
I work with companies to create bespoke support packages for their teams.
